I have been using FreePrints for years and they are absolutely fantastic, I’ve never had a problem and the quality of the pictures are just brilliant m, unfortunately this months FreePrints something was different, I didn’t receive my photos, I requested for them to be resent and I got a payment notice from the postal service stating I had to pay a fee of €4.95 as I ordered something from outside the EU which ment that I payed for the p&p from the FreePrints app and then also had to pay a further €4.95 to have them released from customs which never happened before, I’m wondering is there a way around this added payment as I really love to get my photos print yes every month FreePrints and the FreePrints logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of PlanetArt, LLC.
